TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL TERMS

Prices are subject to change based on demand.

We have the right to reject any order that we do not feel comfortable fulfilling for any reason.

2. PAYMENT

Payment is due in full upfront.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

The typical timeframe it takes to finish your commission varies 2 weeks – 3 months depending on factors such as complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons.

For at-convention orders, we will reach out via the client’s preferred contact method to show stages for approval/revisions (sketch approval [if applicable], model approval, finished print before shipment. It is the client’s responsibility to give us correct contact information.

​Shipment is included in the price for at-convention orders for orders within Canada. For US orders, there will be a fee depending on distance and current shipping rates.
We are not responsible for US customs fees.

4. REVISIONS

You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.

A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final piece after printing, unless a misunderstanding from our side has been made.

5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

PupPrints3D retains the rights over any commissioned works. We reserve the right to use designs/artwork to:

Display online and at conventions as a sample.

Stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We will do everything we can to make our customers happy!
If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned work, please contact us right away so we can find a solution together.

7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

If an order is cancelled before design has started, you can receive a full refund.

If requested after the design stage has begun, we will refund 50% of the amount of the commission.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.

If for any reason we are unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

8. WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Sketches/progress images (for at-convention orders)

Printed badge/tag.

We do not send our source files/stls with our prints.
